Manage registrants

The Registrants page is the single most-used screen in the admin. It's a full table of every signup on the current event scope.

Search and filter

Across the top of the page:

  • Search box — name, email, or access code. Fuzzy-ish.
  • Sport / Division filters — narrow to a specific bracket.
  • Payment status — paid, pending, refunded, payment-plan, failed.
  • Check-in status — checked in / not.

Combine filters freely. The URL updates so you can bookmark a view.

Row actions

Click a row to open the detail page. From the detail you can:

  • Edit contact info (typo fixes, phone updates)
  • Mark as paid manually (for cash or check)
  • Issue a refund (see Issue refunds)
  • Move between teams (affects rosters and brackets)
  • Resend the confirmation email
  • Download the waiver PDF
  • Add an internal note

Bulk actions

Select rows with the checkboxes and the top bar changes into a bulk-action bar:

  • Export selection to CSV
  • Send email to everyone selected (opens the broadcast composer pre-targeted)
  • Check in / un-check in everyone selected
  • Tag the selected rows with a label ("VIP", "refund-requested", etc.)

Bulk actions log who ran them with a timestamp.

Editing notes

Admin notes on a registrant show in yellow at the top of the detail page. Anything you type is only visible to other admins — never to the player. Use them for refund history, coaching-staff flags, allergy callouts, etc.

Audit history

The right-hand side of the detail page has the audit trail: every change to this registration, who made it, and when. This is forensic-grade — use it when something looks off and you need to figure out who touched what.
